Crispy, high-protein cottage cheese chips made with just 1 ingredient! Easy, healthy, and perfect for low-carb snacking.

1 cup whole milk cottage cheese (4% milkfat, 256g).
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop 1 tablespoon portions of cottage cheese onto sheet, 2 inches apart. Flatten to 1/4 inch thick.
Add any optional seasonings now.
Cook 40-50 minutes until edges are dark brown and surface is golden. Check at 35 minutes.
Let cool completely for 20-30 minutes until fully firm and crispy.
Notes
- Use cottage cheese with at least 14g protein per 1/2 cup.
- Best eaten within hours or store in fridge.
- Can rebake briefly to restore crispness.
