For the Vegetables:
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, halved
- ½ onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer – Set it to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes.
- Season the Steak – Pat steaks dry, drizzle with olive oil, and rub in seasonings on both sides.
- Prepare the Vegetables – Toss sliced veggies with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the Steak – Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Use a thermometer to check doneness (125°F for rare, 135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium, etc.).
- Rest the Steak – Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Cook the Vegetables – Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve – Slice the steak and serve alongside crispy, roasted veggies
