Instructions

  1. In a large serving dish, spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom.
  2. Layer the cream cheese on top of the beans.

  4. Add a layer of guacamole on top of the sour cream.
  5. Spread the salsa evenly over the guacamole.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the salsa.

  8. Add sliced black olives to represent the blue section of the flag.
  9. Finish with chopped green onions for garnish.
