Dressing:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Crunchy Toppings:
- ½ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
- ½ cup feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables & Fruit
- Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the apple and toss with 1 tsp lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Finely dice red onion and thinly slice celery.
Step 2: Make the Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 3: Assemble the Salad
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, apple, red onion, and celery.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
