  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Wash and chop broccoli and cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice red onion and slice celery thinly.
  3. Shred the carrots (if not using pre-shredded).

Step 2: Make the Dressing

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, carrots, and celery.
