Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
- Wash and chop broccoli and cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces.
- Dice red onion and slice celery thinly.
- Shred the carrots (if not using pre-shredded).
Step 2: Make the Dressing
