Instructions

  • Prepare the Beef Patties:

    • Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
    • Flatten the mixture into a rectangle (about 1/2 inch thick) on a lined baking sheet.
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Bake for 15-20 minutes or cook on a stovetop skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Assemble the Sliders:

    • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
    • Cut the cooked beef into small squares and place them on the buns.
