- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the frozen peas and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the rice is tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For added flavor, you can include vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
