  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice bagels in half and lightly brush with butter or olive oil.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.

Step 2: Make the Spinach-Artichoke Filling

Step 4: Bake to Perfection

  1. Return bagels to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality bagels – A sturdy bagel holds up better to the filling.
Drain excess moisture – If using frozen spinach, ensure it is thoroughly squeezed dry.
Experiment with cheeses – Try Gruyère, Fontina, or Monterey Jack for a different flavor.
Make it heartier – Add grilled chicken, crispy bacon, or sautéed mushrooms.
Spice it up – Add a dash of hot sauce or smoked paprika for an extra kick.
