- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bagels
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice bagels in half and lightly brush with butter or olive oil.
- Place on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
Step 2: Make the Spinach-Artichoke Filling
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped spinach for 2 minutes until wilted.
- Stir in chopped artichokes, minced garlic, and onion powder. Cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mozzarella, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Bagels
- Spread a generous amount of the spinach-artichoke mixture onto each toasted bagel half.
