Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the classic flavors of spinach and artichoke dip with soft slider buns.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the spinach artichoke mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns over the dip mixture.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the slider buns and sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
