For the Toppings:
- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- ½ cup baby spinach, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Garlic Bread Crust
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread in half and place on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush mixture evenly over the bread halves.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 5-7 minutes, until slightly golden and crispy.
Step 2: Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
