- 1 lb (450g) cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed vegetables if using. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
