  • 1 lb (450g) cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed vegetables if using. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
