- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter until well coated. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
