Ingredients

  • 8 oz chicken sausages
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Add the sliced zucchini and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sausage and vegetable mixture. Toss to combine.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
