Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Baking Pan

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and line a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

  1. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Egg Mixture

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 4-5 minutes).
  2. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until combined.
