- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- ½ cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate chip
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, and sour cream. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour over crust, bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
- Cool at room temp, then refrigerate for 3 hours before slicing.

- Use full-fat cream cheese for a rich texture.
- Let bars chill completely for clean slicing.
