Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower)
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts, or walnuts)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, or coconut flakes
Instructions

Prepare Pan
Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper. -
Mix Base
In a large bowl, mix oats, nut butter, honey, salt, and vanilla until well combined. -
Add Chocolate & Extras
Stir in chocolate chips and any optional add-ins. -
Shape Bars
Press the mixture firmly into the pan using a spatula or your hands. -
Chill or Bake
