- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2–3 jalapeños, seeds removed for milder flavor
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Add mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, cilantro, jalapeños, ranch seasoning mix, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor.
- Process Until Smooth: Blend for 30-60 seconds until creamy and smooth.
- Taste & Adjust: Adjust seasoning by adding more lime juice for tanginess or jalapeños for spice.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
- Enjoy: Use as a dip for chips, dressing for salads, or sauce for tacos and burritos
Notes
- For extra spice, leave some jalapeño seeds in the mix.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
- If too thick, add a little more buttermilk to reach the desired consistency.
- For a richer texture, blend in half an avocado.
