For the Bread:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- 1 cup whole milk (room temperature)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper if desired for easy removal.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour Batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool for another 10–15 minutes.
- Make the Coating: Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl. Brush melted butter over the slightly warm loaf, then roll or sprinkle the coating evenly over all sides.
- Serve Warm or at Room Temperature. Slice and enjoy
