Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper if desired for easy removal.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
