Instructions

Step 1: Marinate and Cook the Chicken

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, adobo sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Add the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
