- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, sugar, and butter. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Season the turkey with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush with the cranberry orange glaze.
- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven, basting every 30 minutes with the glaze, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
