- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the Aromatics:
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Create the Sauce:
- Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Gradually pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, whisking to combine.
- Add Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Combine Chicken and Sauce:
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve hot over pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables.
