Sun-Dried Tomatoes: ⅓ cup, chopped
Chicken Broth: ½ cup
Heavy Cream: 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese: ½ cup, grated

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add the sun-dried tomatoes.
Build the Sauce
Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Simmer and Combine
Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it. Simmer on low for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
Garnish and Serve
Top with fresh basil and parsley. Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
Notes
Perfect Sear: Ensure the skillet is hot before adding the chicken for a golden crust.
Thicker Sauce: Let the sauce simmer uncovered to achieve a creamy consistency.
Customize Heat: Adjust red pepper flakes to control spice levels.
Alternative Proteins: Try using shrimp or pork chops for variety.
Wine Pairing: Pair with Chardonnay or Pinot Noir for an elevated dining experience.
