Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
- Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest, stirring to combine.
- Stir in the chopped dill and parsley, and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
