Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
Step 2: Assemble the Roll Ups
- Lay out a slice of ham or turkey on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the slice.
- Place a whole pickle or pickle slices at one edge of the meat slice.
- Roll tightly, ensuring the filling stays intact.
Step 3: Chill the Rolls
- Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Step 4: Slice and Serve
- Once chilled, slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
