- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the creamy chicken over cooked rice.
