- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven – Preheat to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Cauliflower – Wash, dry, and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Season the Cauliflower – Toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat with Parmesan Mixture – In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and dried oregano. Sprinkle over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet – Spread the florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not crowded.
- Roast Until Crispy – Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish & Serve – Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley and lemon zest, and serve immediately.
