Garlic Aioli:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Juice of ¼ lemon
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry (do not peel).
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice into uniform wedges.
Step 2: Soak the Potatoes
- Place the wedges in a bowl filled with ice-cold water.
- Let them soak for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
Step 3: Preheat and Season
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Combine all the spice mix ingredients in a small bowl.
- Drain and dry the potatoes with paper towels.
- Toss the wedges with avocado oil and spice mix until evenly coated.
Step 4: Air Fry
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket at the 12-minute mark.
- Repeat in batches if necessary.
Step 5: Serve and Garnish
- Garnish with flakey sea salt and fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with garlic aioli or your preferred dipping sauce.
