- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, and ginger.
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce before serving.
