Description
Make tender and flavorful Crockpot Steak Bites with minimal effort. Perfect for easy dinners, meal prep, or game-day appetizers!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin steak or chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil or butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Cut steak into 1–1.5 inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
-
Optional: In a skillet, heat oil or butter over medium-high heat and sear steak bites until browned on all sides.
-
Transfer steak to the crockpot.
-
Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
-
Pour in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Stir to combine.
-
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until steak is tender.
-
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
-
Searing first adds extra flavor, but it’s optional if you’re short on time.
-
Use a well-marbled cut like chuck roast or top sirloin for the most tender results.
-
Don’t overcook—steak bites can become mushy if left too long.
-
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
-
Great served with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
- Prep Time: 10minutes
- Cook Time: 4–5 hours on low or 2–3 hours on high
