- 100g pistachios, finely chopped
- 150g kunefe pastry
- 50g unsalted butter
- 100g condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the kunefe pastry, stirring until golden brown.
- Mix the melted chocolate, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Form small balls from the chocolate mixture and roll them in the chopped pistachios.
- Layer the kunefe pastry on a serving plate and place the chocolate balls on top.
- Garnish with additional pistachios and serve warm.
