Notes
- Use High-Quality Ingredients: Fresh roast beef and real cheese make a big difference.
- Don’t Overbake: Keep an eye on the sliders to prevent the buns from becoming too crispy.
- Experiment with Cheese: Try different types of cheese, such as mozzarella or cheddar, for a unique twist.
- Make Them Ahead: Assemble the sliders and refrigerate them for up to 24 hours before baking.
- Add a Dipping Sauce: Serve with horseradish sauce, Dijon mustard, or extra au jus for added flavor.
- Customize the Filling: Add caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Serve Immediately: These sliders are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven while the cheese is still gooey.
