  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sear the Chicken: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat to medium, melt butter, and add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds.
