Ingredients
Scale
For the Garlic Cheese Bombs:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent roll dough)
- 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (or cheddar, pepper jack, or brie)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: Separate the biscuit dough and slightly flatten each piece.
- Stuff with Cheese: Place one cheese cube in the center of each dough piece, wrap the dough around it, and pinch to seal tightly.
- Arrange on the Baking Sheet: Place each cheese bomb seam-side down on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Make the Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush & Bake: Brush the garlic butter over the dough and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Add Parmesan & Parsley: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley after baking.
- Serve Warm: Enjoy with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli for dipping.
Notes
- Seal Tightly: Ensure there are no openings to prevent cheese from leaking.
- Use Fresh Cheese: Freshly cut cubes melt better than pre-shredded cheese.
- Crispy Top Option: Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
- Reheating: Warm in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes or in an oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Try Different Cheeses: Experiment with cheddar, gouda, or pepper jack for varied flavors.
