- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until they are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet, pour the sauce over, and toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
