For the Garlic Cream Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak Bites: Pat dry steak cubes with a paper towel and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the Cream and Cheese: Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Return steak bites to the skillet and coat them in the garlic cream sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to absorb flavors. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
