Description

These Garlic Cream Steak Bites are juicy, tender, and coated in a rich, creamy garlic sauce. Perfect for an easy, flavor-packed meal!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 ½ lbs steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Steak Bites: Pat dry steak cubes with a paper towel and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the Cream and Cheese: Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Combine and Serve: Return steak bites to the skillet and coat them in the garlic cream sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to absorb flavors. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra tenderness, use high-quality cuts like ribeye or filet mignon.
  • Pat the steak dry before searing to achieve a better crust.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure even browning.
  • Let steak bites rest for a couple of minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
  • For a spicy kick, add extra red pepper flakes or a splash of hot sauce.
  • Pair with sides like mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or garlic bread for a complete meal.
