- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill or bake the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
