  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Rice

  1. Rinse white or brown rice under cold water.
  2. Cook according to package instructions.
  3. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and stir in salt, lime juice, and cilantro.

Step 2: Prepare the Ground Beef

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
