- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, celery, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and lime juice.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
