Ingredients
1 pound pizza dough
– 1 cup sliced mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
– 1/2 cup sliced ham
– 1/2 cup sliced salami
– 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 egg
– 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions
- Prepare Dough (if making from scratch):
- Mix warm water with 1 tablespoon sugar and yeast. Let sit until foamy (5 mins).
- In a bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups flour with 1 teaspoon salt.
- Add yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons olive oil to the flour mix. Knead until smooth (8-10 mins).
- Let dough rise in an oiled bowl for 1-2 hours.
- Assemble Stromboli:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll dough into a 14″x10″ rectangle.
- Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, and salami, leaving a border.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and add optional vegetables if desired.
- Roll from one long side into a log, sealing edges and ends.
- Prepare for Baking:
- Place seam-down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Mix and brush a beaten egg over the dough.
- Cut slits on top for steam to escape.
- Bake and Serve:
- Bake for 25-30 mins until golden brown.
- Let rest for 10 mins before slicing.
