  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
