- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

Sauté Vegetables and Meat:
- Select Sauté on the Instant Pot.
- Add a tablespoon of oil and sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

- Stir in ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and mix well.

- Seal the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to Sealing.
- Select Pressure Cook (or Manual) for 5 minutes.

- After cooking, perform a quick release by turning the valve to Venting.
