Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Cutlets:
- Season the chicken cutlets with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Use a meat mallet to pound the chicken to an even thickness for even cooking.
- Cook the Chicken:

- Prepare the Tomato and Burrata Topping:
- In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
- Tear the burrata into small pieces for easy topping.
- Assemble the Dish:
- Place the cooked chicken cutlets on a serving plate.
- Spoon the tomato mixture over each cutlet, followed by pieces of burrata.
