  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped bell peppers, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the cooked beef mixture, marinara sauce, and pepperoni slices.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
