Description
Mai Tai Jello Shots are a fun and tropical twist on the classic cocktail, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup grenadine
- 2 packets of gelatin
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Add the pineapple juice, orange juice, light rum, and dark rum to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses or a mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, carefully pour a small amount of grenadine on top of each shot for a layered effect.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the rum with additional fruit juice.
- Make sure to let the shots set completely before serving.
- These can be made a day in advance for convenience.
