Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  3. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
