- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, green bell pepper, onion, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
