Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip, thawed

For the Layers:

  • 23 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

For the Topping:

  • 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to set.

2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.
  3. Spread evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.

3. Add the Banana and Pineapple Layers

  1. Arrange sliced bananas in an even layer over the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Evenly spread drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.

4. Layer the Fresh Strawberries

  1. Spread sliced strawberries evenly over the pineapple layer for a fruity burst of flavor.

5. Add the Whipped Topping and Garnish

  1. Spread the remaining Cool Whip evenly over the fruit layers.
  2. Sprinkle chopped nuts across the top.
  3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  4. Top with maraschino cherries and optional sprinkles for a festive finish.

6. Chill and Serve

  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
  2. Slice, serve, and enjoy this creamy no-bake banana split cake!

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas – Overripe bananas can become mushy.
  • Drain the pineapple well – Too much liquid can make the cake soggy.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours – Helps the layers set properly.
  • Swap the fruit – Use mangoes, raspberries, or peaches for a twist.
  • Try homemade whipped cream – Use 2 cups freshly whipped cream instead of Cool Whip.
  • Toast the nuts – Adds a deeper, nuttier flavor.
  • Drizzle caramel or peanut butter sauce for extra indulgence.
