For the Layers:
- 2–3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
For the Topping:
- 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to set.
2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Spread evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.
3. Add the Banana and Pineapple Layers
- Arrange sliced bananas in an even layer over the cream cheese mixture.
- Evenly spread drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.
4. Layer the Fresh Strawberries
- Spread sliced strawberries evenly over the pineapple layer for a fruity burst of flavor.
5. Add the Whipped Topping and Garnish
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip evenly over the fruit layers.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts across the top.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Top with maraschino cherries and optional sprinkles for a festive finish.
6. Chill and Serve
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
