- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide the mixture in half; to one half, add orange juice and orange zest, mixing well.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture into the crust, alternating between the vanilla and orange mixtures to create a swirl effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a firmer cheesecake, consider adding gelatin to the orange mixture.
- Garnish with additional orange zest or whipped cream if desired.
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for convenience.
