Instructions
- Mix the Dough: Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Add water and stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Shape the Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface. Shape into a ball and cover with a towel for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the Oven: Place a Dutch oven in the oven and preheat to 450°F (230°C) for 30 minutes.
- Bake: Transfer the dough to the hot Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.
