Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the orecchiette according to package instructions until al dente.

- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the chopped broccoli rabe to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the orecchiette and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine with the sausage and broccoli rabe.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
- For a milder dish, use sweet Italian sausage instead of spicy.
